Use this form when Filing a new Petition or Responding to an Arbitration
Use this form when you want to give jurisdiction on a wide variety of claims (homeowner, farmowner, BI, etc). Filing procedures are the same as regular arbitration with the exception that all parties must sign the Special Arbitration Waiver consenting to be bound by the decision rendered.
This form provides an option when a non-signatory company is involved. Filing procedures are the same as regular arbitration with the exception that all parties must sign the Waiver of Non-Jurisdiction Form consenting to be bound by the decision rendered.
Any property/casualty insurance company may become a Signatory by signing the NAMIC Arbitration Service Signatory Agreement. This Agreement has as its objective the promotion of the settlement of disputed claims by arbitration rather than by litigation.
